SECTION 620.1115. Change of registered agent or registered office.

1(1) 2In order to change its registered agent or registered office address, a limited partnership or a foreign limited partnership may deliver to the Department of State for filing a statement of change containing:
35(a) 36The name of the limited partnership or foreign limited partnership.
46(b) 47The name of its current registered agent.
54(c) 55If the registered agent is to be changed, the name and written acceptance of the new registered agent.
73(d) 74The street address of its current registered office address for its registered agent.
87(e) 88If the registered office address is to be changed, the new street address in this state of such office.
107(2) 108A statement of change is effective when filed by the Department of State.
121(3) 122The changes described in this section may also be made on the limited partnership or foreign limited partnership’s annual report filed with the Department of State.
