SECTION 620.1114. Designated office, registered office, and registered agent.

1(1) 2A limited partnership shall designate and continuously maintain in this state:
13(a) 14A designated office, which need not be a place of its activity in this state.
29(b) 30A registered agent for service of process upon the limited partnership and a registered office, which shall be the address of its registered agent.
54(2) 55A foreign limited partnership shall designate and continuously maintain in this state a registered agent for service of process and a registered office, which shall be the address of its registered agent.
87(3) 88A registered agent of a limited partnership or foreign limited partnership must be an individual who is a resident of this state or other person authorized to do business in this state.
