SECTION 617.1808. Application of act to corporation converted to corporation not for profit.

1All the provisions of this act relating to corporations not for profit, except insofar as they are inconsistent with ss. 21617.1805, 22617.1806, 23and 24617.1807, 25shall be applicable to any corporation whose character has been changed under ss. 38617.1805, 39617.1806, 40and 41617.1807 42and shall henceforth govern such corporation.
