  SECTION 617.0122. Fees for filing documents and issuing certificates.

  • 1The Department of State shall collect the following fees on documents delivered to the department for filing:
    18(1) 19Articles of incorporation: $35.
    23(2) 24Application for registered name: $87.50.
    29(3) 30Application for renewal of registered name: $87.50.
    37(4) 38Corporation’s statement of change of registered agent or registered office or both if not included on the annual report: $35.
    58(5) 59Designation of and acceptance by registered agent: $35.
    67(6) 68Agent’s statement of resignation from active corporation: $87.50.
    76(7) 77Agent’s statement of resignation from inactive corporation: $35.
    85(8) 86Amendment of articles of incorporation: $35.
    92(9) 93Restatement of articles of incorporation with amendment of articles: $35.
    103(10) 104Articles of merger for each party thereto: $35.
    112(11) 113Articles of dissolution: $35.

    228Any citizen support organization that is required by rule of the Department of Environmental Protection to be formed as a nonprofit organization and is under contract with the department is exempt from any fees required for incorporation as a nonprofit organization, and the Secretary of State may not assess any such fees if the citizen support organization is certified by the Department of Environmental Protection to the Secretary of State as being under contract with the Department of Environmental Protection.
