SECTION 610.1201. Severability.

Latest version.

1If any provision of ss. 6610.1027-8610.118 9or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of ss. 32610.10233-34610.118 35which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ss. 54610.10255-56610.118 57are severable.
