SECTION 607.1702. Application to qualified foreign corporations.

1A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state on January 1, 2020, is subject to this chapter, is deemed to be authorized to transact business in this state, and is not required to obtain a new certificate of authority to transact business under this chapter.
