SECTION 607.15091. Change of name or address by registered agent.

1(1) 2If a registered agent changes his, her, or its name or address, the agent may deliver to the department for filing a statement of change containing the following:
30(a) 31The name of the foreign corporation represented by the registered agent.
42(b) 43The name of the registered agent as currently shown in the records of the department for the corporation.
61(c) 62If the name of the registered agent has changed, his, her, or its new name.
77(d) 78If the address of the registered agent has changed, the new address.
90(e) 91A statement that the registered agent has given the notice required under subsection (2).
105(2) 106A registered agent shall promptly furnish notice of the statement of change and the changes made by the statement filed with the department to the represented foreign corporation.
