- 1(1) 2A shareholder who is dissatisfied with the corporation’s offer as set forth pursuant to s. 17607.1322(2)(b)418. must notify the corporation on the form provided pursuant to s. 30607.1322(1) 31of that shareholder’s estimate of the fair value of the shares and demand payment of that estimate plus accrued interest.51(2) 52A shareholder who fails to notify the corporation in writing of that shareholder’s demand to be paid the shareholder’s stated estimate of the fair value plus accrued interest under subsection (1) within the timeframe set forth in s. 90607.1322(2)(b)291. waives the right to demand payment under this section and shall be entitled only to the payment offered by the corporation pursuant to s. 116607.1322(2)(b)4117.
