SECTION 607.05031. Change of name or address by registered agent.

1(1) 2If a registered agent changes its name or address, the agent may deliver to the department for filing a statement of change that provides the following:
28(a) 29The name of the corporation represented by the registered agent.
39(b) 40The name of the registered agent as currently shown in the records of the department for the corporation.
58(c) 59If the name of the registered agent has changed, its new name.
71(d) 72If the address of the registered agent has changed, the new address.
84(e) 85A statement that the registered agent has given the notice required under subsection (2).
99(2) 100A registered agent shall promptly furnish notice of the statement of change and the changes made by the statement filed with the department to the represented corporation.
