SECTION 601.76. Manufacturer to furnish formula and other information.

1Any formula required to be filed with the Department of Agriculture shall be deemed a trade secret as defined in s. 22812.081, 23is confidential and exempt from s. 29119.07(1) 30and s. 24(a), Art. I of the State Constitution, and may be divulged only to the Department of Agriculture or to its duly authorized representatives or upon court order when necessary in the enforcement of this law. A person who receives such a formula from the Department of Agriculture under this section shall maintain the confidentiality of the formula. This section is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act in accordance with s. 104119.15 105and shall stand repealed on October 2, 2021, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment by the Legislature.
