SECTION 590.11. Recreational fires.

1(1) 2It is unlawful for any individual or group of individuals to build a warming fire, bonfire, or campfire and leave it unattended while visible flame, smoke, or emissions exist.
31(2) 32Anyone who violates this section commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 49775.082 50or s. 52775.08353.
