SECTION 589.20. Cooperation by Florida Forest Service.

1The Florida Forest Service may cooperate with other state agencies, water management districts, municipalities, and other government entities in the designation and dedication of lands that are suitable for forestry purposes. Lands designated and dedicated by a state agency, water management district, municipality, or other government entity for forestry purposes shall be administered by the Florida Forest Service.
