SECTION 585.59. Penalties for violation.

1In addition to the penalties provided by this chapter, any person who is convicted of a violation of the provisions of ss. 23585.4824-25585.53 26shall not be allowed to recover compensation from the department for the confiscation or destruction of any hogs fed uncooked garbage.
