SECTION 585.20. Injection of pathogenic organisms into animals.

1No person shall inject or otherwise administer to any animal that may be used as food for humans or whose products may be used as food for humans any virus or other substance containing pathogenic or disease producing organisms of a kind that is virulent to humans or which would cause any disease listed by the department as a dangerous transmissible disease in animals, except with the written permission of the State Veterinarian.
