SECTION 585.006. Interference with department employees.

1Any person who forcibly assaults, resists, opposes, prevents, impedes, or interferes with a duly authorized inspector or representative of the department in the execution of his or her duties under this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 48775.082 49or s. 51775.08352.
