SECTION 576.031. Labeling.

1(1) 2Any fertilizer distributed in this state in containers shall have placed on or affixed to the immediate and outside container a label setting forth in clearly legible and conspicuous form the following information:
35(a) 36The brand and grade.
40(b) 41The guaranteed analysis.
44(c) 45The name and address of the licensee.
52(d) 53The net weight.
56(e) 57The sources from which the nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are derived.
68(f) 69The sources of secondary plant nutrients and micro plant nutrients if guaranteed, claimed, or advertised.
84(2) 85If distributed in bulk, two labels containing the information required in paragraphs (1)(a)-(f) shall accompany delivery and be supplied to the purchaser at time of delivery with the delivery ticket, which shall show the certified net weight.
122(3) 123Each label of fertilizer shall bear the Florida license number.
133(4) 134The form of the label shall be prescribed by rule.
