SECTION 571.09. Penalties.

1Any person violating any of the provisions of this part or rules adopted hereunder shall for the first offense be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 34775.082 35or s. 37775.083, 38and for each succeeding offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 58775.082 59or s. 61775.08362.
