1For the purpose of this section and s. 9570.69110:
11(1) 12“Designated program” means the departmental program which a direct-support organization has been created to support.
27(2) 28“Direct-support organization” or “organization” means an organization which is a Florida corporation not for profit incorporated under chapter 617 and approved by the department to operate for the benefit of a museum or a designated program.
64(3) 65“Museum” means the Florida Agricultural Museum, which is designated as the museum for agriculture and rural history of the State of Florida.
