SECTION 570.549. Director; duties.

1(1) 2The director of the Florida Forest Service shall be appointed by the commissioner and shall serve at the commissioner’s pleasure.
22(2) 23The director of the Florida Forest Service shall direct and supervise the overall operation of the Florida Forest Service and exercise such other powers and duties as authorized by the department.
