1The duties of the Florida Forest Service include, but are not limited to, administering and enforcing those powers and responsibilities of the Florida Forest Service prescribed in chapters 589, 590, and 591 and rules adopted under those chapters and in other forest fire, forest protection, and forest management laws of this state.
