SECTION 570.54. Director; duties.

1(1) 2The director of the Division of Marketing and Development shall be appointed by the commissioner and shall serve at the commissioner’s pleasure.
24(2) 25It shall be the duty of the director of this division to supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities authorized by ss. 46570.07(4), 47(7), (8), (10), (11), (12), (17), (18), and (20), 56570.21, 57534.4758-59534.53, 60and 61604.1562-63604.34 64and chapters 504, 571, 573, and 574 and to exercise other powers and authority as authorized by the department.
