SECTION 570.49. Director; duties.

1(1) 2The director of the Division of Fruit and Vegetables shall be appointed by the commissioner and shall serve at the commissioner’s pleasure.
24(2) 25It shall be the duty of the director of this division to direct and supervise the overall operation of the division and exercise other powers and duties as authorized by the department.
