SECTION 570.482. Citrus Inspection Trust Fund.

1(1) 2The Citrus Inspection Trust Fund shall be administered by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
18(2) 19Funds to be credited to and uses of the trust fund shall be administered in accordance with ss. 37573.118, 38581.091, 39601.28, 40601.281, 41601.59, 42and 43603.01144.
45(3) 46Notwithstanding s. 48216.301 49and pursuant to s. 53216.351, 54any balance in the trust fund at the end of a fiscal year shall remain in the trust fund at the end of the year and be available for carrying out the purposes of the trust fund.
