SECTION 570.1912. Funding of Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust Fund.

1In fiscal year 1999-2000 and each year thereafter, there shall be appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Agricultural Emergency Eradication Trust Fund an amount equal to the previous year’s transfers into the trust fund from ss. 39206.606 40and 41206.60842.
