SECTION 559.22. Duties of permittee.

1A permittee under this part shall:
7(1) 8Make no additions whatsoever, during the period of authorized sale, to the stock of goods set forth in the inventory attached to the application for permit.
34(2) 35Specify the registration or permit number of the permit issued by the tax collector within any advertising of the sale.
55(3) 56Refrain from employing any untrue, deceptive or misleading advertising.
65(4) 66Conduct the authorized sale in strict conformity with any advertising or holding out incident thereto.
