SECTION 551.113. Persons prohibited from playing slot machines.

1(1) 2A person who has not attained 21 years of age may not play or operate a slot machine or have access to the designated slot machine gaming area of a facility of a slot machine licensee.
38(2) 39A slot machine licensee or agent or employee of a slot machine licensee may not knowingly allow a person who has not attained 21 years of age:
66(a) 67To play or operate any slot machine.
74(b) 75To be employed in any position allowing or requiring access to the designated slot machine gaming area of a facility of a slot machine licensee.
100(c) 101To have access to the designated slot machine gaming area of a facility of a slot machine licensee.
119(3) 120The licensed facility shall post clear and conspicuous signage within the designated slot machine gaming areas that states the following:
140THE PLAYING OF SLOT MACHINES BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 IS AGAINST FLORIDA LAW (SECTION 157551.113, 158FLORIDA STATUTES). PROOF OF AGE MAY BE REQUIRED AT ANY TIME.
