SECTION 548.075. Administrative fines; citations.

1(1) 2The commission may impose a fine of not more than $5,000 for any violation of this chapter in lieu of or in addition to any other punishment provided for such violation.
34(2) 35The commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 43120.536(1) 44and 45120.54 46to permit the issuance of citations for any violation of this chapter in lieu of or in addition to any other punishment provided for such violation.
