SECTION 548.047. Duty of licensee to disclose condition of participant.

1A licensee shall disclose all information in her or his possession concerning any mental or physical disability, injury, illness, or incapacity of a participant in a match, immediately after learning thereof, to the commission, the deputy in charge, the attending physician, or the referee.
