SECTION 548.037. Admissions not to exceed seating capacity.

1It is a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 14775.082 15or s. 17775.083, 18for any promoter to sell or cause to be sold more tickets of admission for any match than can be accommodated by the seating capacity of the premises where the match is to be held.
