SECTION 548.012. Promoter’s license.

1(1) 2A promoter may not, directly or indirectly, promote any match involving a professional, unless the promoter has been issued a license therefor by the commission.
27(2) 28A violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 45775.082 46or s. 48775.08349.
