SECTION 534.101. Penalties.

1Any person who shall violate the provisions of ss. 10534.01111-12534.091, 13either by doing anything forbidden, or failing to do and perform anything required hereby, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 42775.082 43or s. 45775.08346.
