SECTION 531.66. Forms; rules.

1(1) 2The department shall prescribe such forms, permits, certificates, and identification tags or stickers it considers necessary to carry out the permitting provisions of ss. 26531.6027-28531.6629.
30(2) 31The department shall adopt rules necessary to administer ss. 40531.6041-42531.6643.
