SECTION 531.61. Exemptions from permit requirement.

- 1Commercial weights or measures instruments or devices are exempt from the requirements of ss. 15531.6016-17531.66 18if:
19(1) 20The device is used exclusively for weighing railroad cars and is tested for accuracy and compliance with state standards by a private testing agency.
44(2) 45The device is used exclusively for measuring aviation fuel or petroleum products inspected under chapter 525.
