The department may refuse to accept for testing any item deemed by the department to be unsuitable for its intended use or not to be in a condition ready for testing. The department shall deposit all fees collected under this section into the General Inspection Trust Fund.318(3) 319Any petroleum equipment used to measure petroleum fuel, as defined in s. 331525.01, 332owned by a person licensed pursuant to chapter 206 is exempt from the fees established in this section.
