SECTION 527.12. Cease and desist orders; administrative fines.

1Whenever the department shall have reason to believe that any person is or has been violating provisions of this chapter or any rules adopted pursuant thereto, it may issue a cease and desist order or impose a civil penalty or may issue such cease and desist order and impose a civil penalty.
