CHAPTER 527. SALE OF LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS |

- 1All licenses required under this chapter shall be renewed annually, biennially, or triennially, as elected by the licensee, subject to the license fees prescribed in s. 27527.0228. All renewals must meet the same requirements and conditions as an annual license for each licensed year. Any license allowed to expire will become inoperative because of failure to renew. The fee for restoration of a license is equal to the original license fee and must be paid before the licensee may resume operations.
