SECTION 526.142. Air and vacuum devices.

1A retail outlet as defined in s. 8526.303 9is not required to provide air or vacuum supply without charge. A political subdivision of this state may not adopt any ordinance regarding the pricing of such commodities. All such ordinances, whether existing or proposed, are preempted and superseded by general law.
