SECTION 526.11. Penalty for violations.

1Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, for a first offense, be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 32775.082 33or s. 35775.083, 36and, for a second or subsequent offense, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 58775.082 59or s. 61775.08362.
