SECTION 526.09. Department to enforce law; rules.

1The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. The department has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 25120.536(1) 26and 27120.54 28to implement the provisions of this chapter.
