SECTION 520.24. Rulemaking authority; standard disclosure form.

1(1) 2The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall adopt rules to implement and enforce the provisions of this part.
21(2) 22The Department of Business and Professional Regulation shall, by January 1, 2018, publish standard disclosure forms that may be used to comply with the disclosure requirements of this part. Disclosures provided in substantially the form published by the department shall be regarded as complying with the disclosure requirements of this part.
