SECTION 517.151. Investments of the fund.

1The funds of the Securities Guaranty Fund shall be invested by the Chief Financial Officer under the same limitations as other state funds, and the interest earned thereon shall be deposited to the credit of the fund and available for the same purpose as other moneys deposited in the Securities Guaranty Fund.
