1(1) 2RULES.3-4The commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 12120.536(1)13and 14120.5415to implement the provisions of law conferring duties upon it.
25(2) 26CERTIFIED COPIES OF OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS.31-32On application of any person and payment of the costs thereof, at the same rate and fees as allowed clerks of the circuit court by statute, the office shall furnish a certified copy of any license, regulation, or order. In any court or proceeding, such copy shall be prima facie evidence of the fact of the issuance of such license, regulation, or order.
