1Any person who violates any of the provisions of s. 11516.02, 12s. 13516.031, 14s. 15516.05(3), 16s. 17516.05(6), 18or s. 20516.07(1)(e) 21commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 33775.082 34or s. 36775.08337.
