SECTION 513.052. Inspection of premises.

1The department or its agent shall inspect, at least annually, each park or camp that the department determines qualifies as a mobile home, lodging, or recreational vehicle park or a recreational camp; and, for that purpose, the department has the right of entry and access to such park or camp at any reasonable time.
