SECTION 509.503. Membership camping contracts.

1Each offeror of a membership camping plan must use and must furnish each purchaser with a fully completed copy of a contract incorporating the following information:
27(1) 28The actual date the contract is executed by the offeror and the purchaser;
41(2) 42The name and address of the offeror;
49(3) 50The name and address of the trustee;
57(4) 58A complete description of the purchase price;
65(5) 66The expiration date of the contract and the terms and conditions of its extension or renewal, if applicable;
84(6) 85The disclosure required by s. 90509.504; 91and
92(7) 93The disclosures required by s. 98509.50599.
