SECTION 507.08. Deceptive and unfair trade practice.

1Acts, conduct, practices, omissions, failings, misrepresentations, or nondisclosures committed in violation of this chapter are deceptive and unfair trade practices under ss. 23501.20124-25501.213, 26the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and administrative rules adopted in accordance with the act.
