SECTION 501.971. Fictitious Name Act not abrogated.

1This act is not intended to abrogate or modify the Fictitious Name Act, s. 15865.0916. Any person who acts in accordance with the requirements of s. 28865.09 29is not in violation of s. 35501.97, 36as created by this act, without actual misrepresentation as contemplated under this chapter.
