SECTION 501.2065. Confidentiality of intelligence or investigative information.

- 1Whenever criminal or civil intelligence, investigative information, or any other information held by any state or federal agency is available to the department on a confidential or a similarly restricted basis, the department, in the course of the investigation of any violation of this part, may obtain and use such information. Any such intelligence or investigative information that is confidential or exempt from the provisions of s. 68119.07(1) 69retains its status as confidential or exempt from the provisions of s. 81119.07(1)82.
