SECTION 501.014. Health studios; powers and duties of the department.

1(1) 2The department may, at any time during business hours, enter any business location of a health studio required to be registered pursuant to ss. 26501.01227-28501.019, 29examine the books or records of the health studio, and subpoena all necessary records when the department has reason to believe a violation of the provisions of ss. 57501.01258-59501.019 60has occurred.
62(2) 63The department has the authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 74120.536(1) 75and 76120.54 77to implement ss. 80501.01281-82501.01983.
84(3) 85The department shall:
88(a) 89Provide each business location of a health studio with a registration number at the time of registration.
106(b) 107Provide a certificate of registration which prominently displays the registration number.
118(c) 119Place all fees and fines collected pursuant to ss. 128501.012129-130501.019 131in the General Inspection Trust Fund of Florida as created in s. 143570.20144.
