SECTION 499.01201. Agency for Health Care Administration review and use of statute and rule violation or compliance data.

- 1Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Agency for Health Care Administration may not:
15(1) 16Review or use any violation or alleged violation of s. 26499.0121(6), 27or any rules adopted under that section, as a ground for denying or withholding any payment of a Medicaid reimbursement to a pharmacy licensed under chapter 465; or 55(2) 56Review or use compliance with s. 62499.0121(6), 63or any rules adopted under that section, as the subject of any audit of Medicaid-related records held by a pharmacy licensed under chapter 465.
